We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Items eligible for return must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Items must also be in their original packaging.

Several types of items are not returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on the following products: intimate or hygiene products, products with hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases, and custom-made items.

Other non-returnable items:

*Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products

To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send purchased items back to the manufacturer.

In certain circumstances, only a portion of the amount may be refunded: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any non-original condition, damage or missing parts of the goods caused by no fault of our own.
*Any item returned more than 30 days after shipment
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you whether the refund request will be approved or denied.
If approved, your refund request will be processed and the credit will automatically be returned to your credit card or returned to the original payment route within a few days.

Refund is overdue or not received (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time for the refund to be official.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

If the purchased item is marked as a gift and shipped directly to you by the merchant, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the purchase was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver has the order shipped to their own address and subsequently sent to you, we will refund the gift to the gift giver and he will be aware of your return.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The arrival time of the exchange product may vary depending on your residential address.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned merchandise.
